Only the American History State Chair is authorized to purchase this 8.5” x 11” cream-colored certificate since it is only presented to the State Winner of the American History Essay Contest. The Silver American History Medal should also be purchased and presented with this certificate.
All certificates are shipped with the appropriate signatures.
