The standing committees of the National Society may be referred to as national committees. The National Standing Committee Pin is reserved for members who have served on one or more of the six Administrative Committees listed below. Position bars available to add to the National Standing Committee Pin include Auditing, Bylaws, Development, Finance, Personnel, Property Beautification and Hospitality, and Resolution. Approval is required to purchase this pin. If your National Standing Committee is not one of the committees listed previously, you may order a standard bar and customize it.

This pin may only be worn by DAR members on the official Insignia ribbon according to the most current "Placement of DAR Insignia and Pins on Official Ribbon" document found on the Insignia Committee webpage.
