This scarf design takes inspiration from a popular item in the DAR Museum Study Gallery, a gilded neo-classical armchair that was once part of a fifty-three-piece set President James Monroe ordered from a renowned French furniture-maker (ébeniste), Pierre-Antoine Bellangé, for the Oval Room (now the Blue Room) of the White House.
Scarf is 100% silk and measures 36"x36".
