The State Parliamentarian pin is the only pin worn on the left side and is not worn with other ribbons/pins during her service as the Appointed State Parliamentarian. Approval is required for purchase.
After service as State Parliamentarian, this pin may only be worn on the official Insignia ribbon according to the most current "Placement of DAR Insignia and Pins on Official Ribbon" document found on the Insignia Committee webpage.
