A template to aid in printing the certificate has been created for members to use and can be found here in templates. The document jackets are also available and sold separately.
The ROTC Certificate is given along side the Gold ROTC Medal and is awarded to a college or university graduate being commissioned in one of the U.S. Armed Services (one medal per ROTC unit per service). Medals are worn according to ROTC protocol.
8 1/2" x 11" cream certificate with the DAR Insignia and National Society Daughters of the American Revolution embossed in black ink and signed by the current Administration. MUST BE PRESENTED WITH THE GOLD ROTC MEDAL
