National Winner OJ Disc

The National Outstanding Junior Disc is a unique gold-filled jewelry item that may be worn either as a pendant or a pin.  Only winners of the National Outstanding Junior Contest may purchase and wear the National Outstanding Junior Disc; however, it cannot be worn on the Official DAR Insignia Ribbon. Approval is required to purchase.
