National Runner-Up OJ Disc

The National Runner-Up Outstanding Junior Disc is a unique gold-filled jewelry item that may be worn either as a pendant or a pin.  Only the Runner-Up in the National Outstanding Junior Contest may purchase and wear the National Runner-Up Outstanding Junior Disc; however, it cannot be worn on the Official DAR Insignia Ribbon. Approval is required to purchase.
