Insignia Volunteers (IVs) are ambassadors for DAR Insignia and pins and are an essential part of the Insignia Store team at DAR Insignia Pop-up Shops in the states and at Continental Congress. Being an Insignia Volunteer is a great way to meet fellow Daughters that share your love and interest in insignia! Approval is required for purchase.
To qualify for this pin the member must be appointed by the President General as an Insignia Volunteer, and she must complete of at least one of the following service requirements:
- Option 1: Five (5) assigned state pop-up shops
- Option 2: Four (4) three-hour assigned shifts at 2 Continental Congresses
This pin may only be worn by DAR members on the official Insignia ribbon according to the most current "Placement of DAR Insignia and Pins on Official Ribbon" document found on the Insignia Committee webpage.
