The DAR Service for Veterans Committee's Outstanding Veteran Volunteer, Outstanding Youth Volunteer, and Outstanding DAR Service for Veterans Awards are presented annually at the state level and only a State Chair may place an order for this item. There are no exceptions.
Only State Chairs of the DAR Service for Veterans Committee may order these awards.
Suggested certificates to use to accompany this medal are the Certificate of Award or the Blank Certificate that are available for purchase separate from the medal. A template to aid in printing the certificate has been created for members to use and can be found here in templates. The document jackets are also available and sold separately.
