Fifty years of membership in DAR needs to be celebrated! Members in good standing with a cumulative 50 years of service (not necessarily continuous) in DAR AND who are a member of the NSDAR's Fifty Year Club may purchase this special pin. (Note: Membership in a state 50 Year Club does not qualify for this pin.) Approval of membership by the Club's leadership is required for purchase.
This pin may only be worn by DAR members on the official Insignia ribbon according to the most current "Placement of DAR Insignia and Pins on Official Ribbon" document found on the Insignia Committee webpage.
