The DAR Museum Outreach Committee supports the National Society’s goals of historic preservation, education, and patriotism by collecting, preserving, exhibiting, and interpreting the material culture and social history of pre-industrial America. DAR Museum Docents provide a valuable link between our visitors and the collection by providing guided tours of the museum.
Service as a DAR Museum Docent Leader qualifies a member to purchase and wear this red enamel Leader Bar on the DAR Museum Docent pin. Approval is required to purchase.
This gold-filled enamel bar measures 7/8" X 3/10".
Bars are also available for 300 hours of service, and 1,500 hours of service.
