Members contributing between $2,500 and $4,999 to the NSDAR General Fund during the fiscal year (January 1 through December 31) are recognized in the 1890 Annual Giving Circle and are eligible to purchase this engraved 1890 Giving Circle Ruby Bar. This can be done in two ways: Make cumulative donations totaling between $2,500 and $4,999 OR become a Sustaining Supporter making continuous monthly donations totaling between $2,500 and $4,999 for the fiscal year. Bars may be ordered once this minimum level of giving has been reached. This 1890 Giving Circle Engraved Ruby Bar is available after the close of the fiscal year and is engraved with the year the qualifying donation was made. Approval required to purchase this bar.
This gold-filled bar measures 1 1/4" x 1/8" and is worn on the 1890 Giving Circle pin.
