If you are a member of a South Carolina chapter of DAR, you may purchase this colorful South Carolina Centennial Pin to wear; however, all state centennial pins are limited to quantities currently in stock, and they will not be reordered when sold-out. Approval is required for purchase.
Commemorative State Centennial Pins may not be worn in lieu of a State Pin for a Patriot ancestor.
When this Commemorative Centennial pin is worn by a South Carolina Daughter on the official Insignia ribbon, it must be placed according to the most current "Placement of DAR Insignia and Pins on Official Ribbon" document found on the Insignia Committee webpage.
When not worn on the official ribbon, South Carolina Daughters may wear the South Carolina Commemorative Centennial pin as a brooch, not on a right-side ribbon.
