The National Society of the Children of the American Revolution trains good citizens, develops leaders, and promotes love of the United States of America and its heritage among young people. The purpose of DAR's Children of the American Revolution Committee is to encourage DAR support of N.S.C.A.R. work and principles.
Members who have served the National Society Children of the American Revolution as a Senior Society President, a Senior State Officer, or a Senior National Officer are eligible to purchase and wear this pin. Approval is required to purchase.
This pin may only be worn by DAR members on the official Insignia ribbon according to the most current "Placement of DAR Insignia and Pins on Official Ribbon" document found on the Insignia Committee webpage.
The gold-filled pin measures 1 1/2" x 3/4".
