The Congress Attendance pin is only available for purchase in person at Continental Congress.
NSDAR Continental Congress, named after the original Continental Congress which governed the American Colonies during the Revolutionary War, is a time-honored tradition that has been held in Washington, D.C. as the annual national meeting of the DAR membership. Since its founding, DAR has promoted historic preservation, education and patriotism and those objectives are reflected in all the events of Continental Congress.
The Congress Attendance Pin, which features the gorgeous U.S. Flag drop in DAR Constitution Hall, is only available for sale at DAR Continental Congress to Congress attendees. A member is eligible to wear the pin by attending Continental Congress as of 2025. Approval is required.
This pin may only be worn by DAR members on the official Insignia ribbon according to the most current "Placement of DAR Insignia and Pins on Official Ribbon" (http://dar.org/pinplacement) document found on the Insignia Committee webpage.
