Please allow approximately 8 weeks for orders that include engraved items to be approved, engraved, and shipped.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and remain committed to fulfilling your orders as efficiently as possible.
Engraved orders placed on or before Friday, November 15 and Non-Engraved orders placed on or before Friday, December 5
are on schedule to be delivered before Christmas.
Phone Line Closures:
Due to Christmas, the Insignia phone line is not available from Wednesday, December 24
through Monday, December 29. We will return to normal phone operation on Tuesday, December 30.
Due to New Year's, the Insignia phone line is not avilable on Thursday, January 1.
We will return to normal phone operation on Friday, January 2.
Due to Annual Physical Inventory, the Insignia phone line is not available from Monday, January 5 through Friday, January 9.
We will return to normal phone operation on Monday, January 12.
