The DAR Youth Citizenship Lapel Tac/Certificate can be purchased to accompany the DAR Youth Citizenship Medal. The DAR Youth Citizenship Lapel Tac may also be purchased separately to allow for replacement or to give to past recipients of the medal who did not receive them at the time the medal and certificate were awarded.
The 1/2" bronze tac has the bust of George Washington on a red, white, and blue ribbon.
The 8.5"x11" cream certificate has the DAR Insignia and "National Society Daughters of the American Revolution" embossed in black.
